The dydaqlog IIoT data logger combines the advantages of high-precision data acquisition with highly flexible sensor connectivity, simple and intuitive operation, and seamless integration into industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions.
Thanks to its 16 high-resolution 24-bit differential analog inputs, the dydaqlog enables direct acquisition of a wide range of signals, including voltage, current, thermocouples (types B, E, J, K, N, R, S, T), RTD temperature sensors (PT50 / PT100 / PT500 / PT1000), resistors, and resistive bridge transducers. Measurement applications can therefore be configured quickly to meet the requirements of industrial and metrology environments.
The integrated measurement technology is based on a 24-bit Sigma-Delta converter, providing accurate and reliable data acquisition. The sampling rate reaches 20 Hz with a reduced channel count and 10 Hz when all channels are used.
No additional software installation is required: the dydaqlog includes a powerful integrated web server for measurement configuration, operation, and data visualization directly from a web browser. Its intuitive web interface simplifies commissioning and application monitoring.
The dydaqlog also provides extensive connectivity features designed for modern IIoT applications. It is equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet LAN interface (RJ45) and WLAN 802.11 b/g/n/ac connectivity on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, with optional 4G/LTE communication. Measurement data can be stored in the internal 1 GSample eMMC memory, transmitted to servers or cloud platforms via MQTT, exported via FTP, or integrated into industrial architectures using Modbus TCP (depending on software extensions).
With its 6 opto-isolated digital inputs, 3 electronic relay outputs, and the ability to connect external sensors and I/O modules via MQTT or Modbus, the dydaqlog provides a complete solution for industrial data monitoring, acquisition, and intelligent data management.
